California Department of Rehabilitation
Assists individuals with disabilities to prepare for and secure competitive employment.
Targeted Group: Individuals with disabilities.

Catholic Charities – Senior Employment Services
Provides part-time work experience with non-profit community service agencies to give participants the training and on-the-job experience they need to compete for employment in the private sector.
Targeted Group: Persons 55 years of age or older whose income meets eligibility requirements established by the U. S. Department of Labor.
Accessible to Persons with Disabilities: Yes

Chaffey College
Offers lower division courses for students who plan to transfer to a four-year college or university, occupational courses for students who wish to gain competence in employable skills or improve their skills, and general education courses for all students.
Targeted Group: Universal Access.

Colton, Yucapia, Redlands Regional Occupational Program (CRY-ROP)
Provides low cost training programs in over 60 high-demand career fields to assist high school students and adults in obtaining marketable job skills. Supportive services include career guidance and special services for individuals with disabilities.
Targeted Group: Students age 16 and older.
Accessible to Persons with Disabilities: Yes

Community Action Partnership of San Bernardino County (CAPSBC)
Provides services to bring families and individuals from levels of need and deficiency to self-sufficiency. Agency programs include: Weatherization, Nutrition for Seniors, Food Bank, Food Stamp Employment and Training, Family Development, and Homeless Coalition. These programs provide a variety of services to include: utility, food and shelter assistance; weatherization services; short and long term case management; and emergency services.
Targeted Group: Low-income, needy, homeless, food stamp recipients, elderly and people with disabilities.
Accessible to Persons with Disabilities: Yes

Copper Mountain College
The Workforce Center is a satellite one-stop and provides career counseling, job preparation and placement, service to employers, Calif. Dept. of Rehabilitation, training, GED preparation and transfer information.

County of San Bernardino Department of Aging & Adult Services Senior Training & Employment Program (STEP)
Provides on-the-job training with government or non-profit agencies for 20 hours a week at minimum wage.
Targeted Group: Residents of San Bernardino County 55 years or older who meet federal low income guidelines.

County of San Bernardino Preschool Services Department
Provides comprehensive child development and family supportive services for low-income families. The preschool curriculum includes nutritious food program, health care, and referrals to supportive services.
Targeted Group: Children 3 to 5 years of age.
Accessible to Persons with Disabilities: Yes

Crafton Hills College
Crafton Hills College campus is one of two colleges in the San Bernardino Community College District. CHC serves students who are interested in obtaining associates degrees and/or transferring to four-year colleges or universities, and provides vocational/technical education programs, occupational certificate programs, and retraining and skill building opportunities on a credit or not-for-credit basis. CalWORKs and other student services programs provide education, training and support services to eligible students.
Targeted Group: Young Adults (ages 18+) and Adults.

Employment Development Department
EDD provides access to an integrated array of labor exchange services to employers and job seekers (including the unemployed, the underemployed, veterans, migrant and seasonal farm worker, and TAA workers) via the Wagner-Peyser and Workforce Investment Act. Throughout the state EDD offers CalJOBS, information regarding labor market conditions, job search workshops, and placement services as a partner of the One-Stop Career Center system.
Targeted Group: Job seekers, laid-off workers, youth, incumbent workers, new entrants to the workforce, veterans, persons with disabilities, and employers.

Hesperia Unified School District
Career Preparation Classes, GED, High School Diploma.
Targeted Group: High School Students and Adults.
Accessible to Persons with Disabilities: Yes

Housing Authority of the County of San Bernardino
Provides housing assistance to families who are within income limits set by the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD).
Targeted Group: Low to moderate-income families who need rental assistance.
Accessible to Persons with Disabilities: Yes

Inland Empire Job Corps
Provides comprehensive academic, vocational training and employability skills to equip youth with the necessary skills to achieve success in the workplace and to build careers.
Targeted Group: Youth ages 16 to 24 years of age.

Redlands Adult School
Course curriculum includes high school subjects, GED preparation, English as a Second Language, nursing and computer classes, and on-line Internet based classes. Registration for classes can be done in-person or by mail.
Targeted Group: Youth and Adults (ages 18 and over)

San Bernardino Adult School
Course curriculum is comprised of High School subjects through a series of lifelong educational opportunities. Class schedules and applications for registration are available at San Bernardino Adult School.

San Bernardino Community College District Professional Development Center (PDC)
Provides professional development classes for individuals, customized training programs for private and public sector employers, and economic development services. Short-term career development courses include leadership, customer service, food safety, computer skills, and advanced computer training. Comprehensive business analysis services focusing on overall profitability and employee performance are offered through the Regional Center for Business Excellence.
Targeted Group: Area residents and businesses.
Accessible to Persons with Disabilities: Yes

San Bernardino County Regional Occupational Program
Provides open entry, open exit, career technical education and supportive services. Courses provide instruction for entry-level employment, advanced training and skill up-grade. Regional Occupational courses are limited to occupational areas where there is a reasonable expectation of employment, and/or post-secondary articulation, and sufficient student interest. San Bernardino Valley College
Serves students who are interested in obtaining associates degrees and/or transferring to four-year colleges or universities, and provides vocational/technical education programs, occupational certificate programs, and retraining and skill building opportunities. United States Forest Service Senior Community Service Employment Program
Provides part-time community service employment for persons with low incomes who are fifty-five years old or older.

Victor Valley College
Provides vocational and academic programs.
Targeted Group: Adults 18+.
